Our phone number is 303-449-3566.  Our fax number is 303-443-4620.  We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00PM.  We do close at lunch time from 12:00p to 1:30pm daily.

Appointments:  Office visits are available by appointment only.  It is our policy to accept new patients by medical referral only.  We ask that you arrange with your primary care physicians office to forward medical records and test results relating to the referral, prior to your appointment.  New patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out patient information forms.  Our physicians make every effort to stay on schedule.  However, due to emergencies, he or she will occasionally run late.  If you will be late, we ask that you call and let us know, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.  If you need to cancel an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice.  Charges may be applied for, no-shows and appointments cancelled without 24 hours advanced notice.

After Hours/Holidays:  A physician is always on call and available for emergencies.  If you need a physician after hours, call our main telephone number, 303-449-3566, and the answering service will take your message and relay it to the doctor on call.  Please do not ask the doctor on call for medication refills or appointments.  In most cases, narcotics and other medication will not be filled by the doctor on call.

Telephone Calls:  Please call our office with any questions or concerns you may have.  Our office staff is instructed to handle your calls and in many cases provide you answers to your questions.  If needed, a message will be given to your doctor regarding your concerns.  Calls are returned at the doctor’s earliest opportunity, which may be at the end of the day.  Please be patient.  Your doctor spends most of his or her day with patients in the office or at the hospital.  If you have an urgent matter, please specify your emergency and your doctor will be notified immediately.  There may be a charge imposed for frequent and or detailed phone calls.
